Most je dugačak skoro 2.000 metra, dok je nad vodom konstrukcija dužine 596 metara. Novi most finansirala je Evropska investiciona banka, a ceo projekat košta 4,1 milijardu dinara.
Ministarka građevinarstva, saobraćaja i infrastrukture Zorana Mihajlović rekla je da je završetak izgradnje i puštanje u saobraćaj ovog mosta, važno za sve građane.
„Završili smo još jedan most na teritoriji Srbije. Ovaj posao nije bio lak ali je od velikog značaja pošto je prvi put primenjena jedna potpuno nova tehnologija u izgradnji mosta. Ovo je pokazatelj da možemo da uradimo sve što smo zacrtali i započeli“, rekla je Mihajlovićeva.
Ministarka je dodala da će ovaj most doprineti tome da budemo efikasniji što se tiče protoka saobraćaja.
Ona je zahvalila finansijerima, inžinjerima i svima koji su učestvovali u ovom projektu i dodala da posao nimalo nije bio jednostavan jer su se na početku radova suočili sa tonama materijala u reci zaostalog još od bombardovanja 1999.
„Pokazali smo da smo hrabri, nepokolebljivi i da možemo da završimo sve što smo počeli“, rekla je Mihajlović i podsetila na reči predsednika Aleksadnra Vučića da ovakvi mostovi spajaju ljude te da je zato važno da je već danas ovaj most pušten u saobraćaj.
Zajam Evropske investicione banke
Puštanju mosta u saobraćaj prisustvovali su i direktor JP „Putevi Srbije“ Zoran Drobnjak, šefica regionalne kancelarije Evropske investicione banke Dubravka Negre.
Ugovorena vrednost radova (sa aneksom) je oko 4,2 milijarde dinara i reč je o zajmu Evropske investicione banke.
Investitor je JP „Putevi Srbije“, a podizvođač na izvođenju čelične konstrukcije preko reke je građevinsko preduzeće „Mostogradnja“. Na izgradnji betonskih konstrukcija i završnih radova učestvovalo je više od 10 domaćih firmi.
Most je dužine skoro dva kilometra, a projektom je predviđena izgradnja leve trake auto-puta iza mosta u zoni petlje Ostružnica dužine jednog kilometra, kao i uklapanje dve rampe petlje Ostružnica u novoizgrađeno stanje.
Most „blizanac“
Most preko Save kod Ostružnice jedan je od najvažnijih i najskupljijih objekata u sklopu izgradnje deonice auto-puta od Dobanovaca do Bubanj Potoka.
Završetkom mosta obilaznica oko Beograda praktično postaje funkcionalna u punom profilu autoputa u dužini od skoro 27 kilometara.
Njegovo puštanje u saobraćaj značajno će povećati kapacitet obilaznice kojom dnevno u proseku prolazi oko 18.000 vozila što će dodatno rasteretiti centralne gradske saobraćajnice i skratiti vreme putovanja u tranzitnom saobraćaju.
Novoizgrađeni most je „most blizanac“ već izgrađenom mostu preko Save koji je završen i pušten u saobraćaj 1999. godine ali je iste godine bombardovan. U periodu od 2002. do 2006. rekonstruisan je i pušten u saobraćaj.
Specifičnost mosta
Pored značaja za tranzitni saobraćaj Ostružnički most predstavlja i rezervenu saobraćajnu vezu postojećeg auto-puta E-70 sa Ibarskom magistralom, odnosno budućim auto-putem Beograd-Južni Jadran.
Obilaznica će povezati i magistralne puteve ka Obrenovcu i Valjevu, Čačku i Kraljevu i Ralji i uklopiti u pravac ka Nišu kod Bubanj Potoka.
Za izgradnju čeličnog mosta – konstrukcija 8 preko reke predviđene dužine 586 metara nabavljeno je i obrađeno 4.900 tona čelika.
Specifičnost ovog mosta je da je prvi put u Srbiji primenjena takozvana tehnika liftovanja velikih delova konstrukcije.
Radovi su počeli 24. februara 2016. godine, a predviđeni rok za završetak je bio jun ove godine.
